We offer highly qualified instruction and diving in small
groups. Together with our local staff makes diving operation
dedicated to ensuring that you enjoy your diving experience
during your stay.
Dive Trips
We DO three dives per day and sometimes more during HIGH
seasons. Most sites can be reached in 10MINUTES.
Dive trip to a site within the lagoon, these trips are DOUBLE
dive trips with the surface interval between dives being spent
on the boat.

Transportation TO THE Dive Base
Divers are transported to and from the AFRICAN BLUE DIVERS
BASE of any dive they are booked on with us free of charge
as long as they are staying within the Bwejuu,Paje and JAMBIANI
AREA. All divers MEET AT THE MAIN BASE AND GET ALL EQUIPMENT.
Those staying at other hotels will be transported to and back
from that base free of charge both before and after the dive.

Safety
We take safety very seriously , These include - pre-dive
briefings, using surface marker buoys, listing divers, our
dive sites, staff training, carrying radios, mobile phones,
first aid and oxygen kits on our boats at all times. We will
also always abort a dive if we feel the conditions are unsafe.
Each participant must be equipped with: fins, mask, buoyancy
control device, scuba cylinder, regulator and submersible
pressure gauge. Use appropriate exposure protection and weights
as necessary for diver comfort.
The PADI instructor is a Chamber attendant, your Dive Safety
Association Zanzibar Region Chamber Support Programme.

and older guests to snorkel for the first time.

Snorkeling - Easy and Safe
Because most people who snorkel do so without formal training,
potential snorkelers may not be interested in seeking professional
instruction. Snorkelers may enjoy themselves in the water,
even if they have little or no aquatic ability. Although most
people enjoy snorkeling in the open water environment, snorkeling
in a confine water may also be fun.
Snorkeling provided with masks, snorkels and fins, snorkelers
float above what can be compared to a personal, gigantic,
tropical aquarium. We follow the ideals of ecotourism - showing
guests an unspoiled, natural part of Zanzibar that benefits
from the positive aspects of tourism.
